Day 1 A day without defending any opinion

Each age has its own progress. People of the same age share this space and its logbook in this browser.
Play something as a family. Whoever loses says “good game!”. Whoever wins says “thanks for playing!”.
Get ready: think of two topics where you always want to win.
The experiment: if someone contradicts you, answer “could be”. Note down how many times you wanted to insist.
Look at what happened: did anything bad happen because you didn't win? What did you feel?
Get ready (5 min): write down three topics where you usually defend your opinion hard.
The experiment (all day): don't defend any opinion. You can give it once, but if someone disagrees, only answer: “Could be” or “I'll think about it.” Note down every time you wanted to insist.
Look at what happened (10 min): How many times did you want to defend yourself? Did anything bad happen because you didn't? What did you feel?
What you write and your progress are saved only on this device. When you finish the lesson we add 1 to the total, without knowing who you are.
