Day 1 The round of congratulations

Day 1 The comparison log

Day 1 The comparison log

20 min

Each age has its own progress. People of the same age share this space and its logbook in this browser.

At dinner, everyone congratulates someone else for something specific they did today.

The experiment: for one day, write down every time you compare yourself: who, about what and how you felt.

Look at what happened: who do you compare yourself to most? About what?

Get ready (5 min): set up a note on your phone or a notebook.

The experiment (all day): every time you compare yourself to someone, write it down: who, about what, and whether it made you feel more or less.

Look at what happened (10 min): How many times was it? Who do you compare yourself to most? About what?

What you write and your progress are saved only on this device. When you finish the lesson we add 1 to the total, without knowing who you are.

Before you begin

Life slips by while we wait for it to start.

I'm not an expert in anything. I'm someone who gets things wrong a lot and is still learning how to live.

I made this place because happiness is almost never later: it's in the people close to you today, and in the day you're living right now.

You won't find sermons here. You'll find short routes to look at yourself honestly and change something, little by little.

It's always a good time to begin.
